About This Case
This is a full master case of 12 tubes of Kolor Kut Modified Water Finding Paste — the ethanol-safe version of our industry-standard water detection paste, specifically formulated for reformulated and oxygenated fuels. Each tube in the case is identical to our standard single-unit product.
Because ethanol is hygroscopic, ethanol-blended fuels are more prone to water accumulation over time — making regular testing especially important at sites that handle E5, E10, E85 or MTBE-treated fuels. A case of 12 keeps modern fleet depots, service stations and storage operators stocked for a full round of checks without repeat ordering.
Application is identical to the single-tube product: apply a thin, even coat to a dipstick or gauging rod, lower it into the tank, and withdraw. The paste changes colour sharply at the exact water-to-fuel interface, remaining stable and accurate in the presence of ethanol and other oxygenated compounds that would interfere with a standard paste.
